          The mask doesn't adhere well to my face. What should I do?

          If you move immediately after applying the mask, it may not adhere well to your skin and could slip off. To ensure proper adhesion, lie down for about 2-3 minutes after applying the mask, allowing it to fully adhere to your skin. If you've applied toner, ampoule, or cream before the mask, it's advisable to wait 3-5 minutes. Once the mask is properly adhered, it will stay in place without any issues during your daily activities.

          Similarly, if you’re using the mask as a overnight mask, make sure to give it enough time to adhere to your face before falling asleep. This way, it will remain securely in place throughout the night unless you intentionally remove it.

          How long should I use the mask, and how often can I use it?

          Biodance masks are made with safe ingredients, so they won't irritate your skin even with prolonged use, and they maintain excellent adhesion over time. We recommend using them forat least 2-3 hours, and we've tested and confirmed that they are safe to use for up to 8 hours,making them perfect for overnight use as a sleeping mask.
